Technology Advisor to the Secretary and Head of the Technology Department
I advise the Secretary and the whole staff on technology decisions, and I build the internal tools that make the work faster and better. I am the technology department: I direct AI agents that write alongside me and I review line by line what comes out, so one person ships like a team. Improving the digital tools is improving the working conditions of the people who use them every day.
