Citizen Support System
The channel that takes a citizen request up to Mexico City's Head of Government and back down to the agency that can actually solve it.
What it solves
A request comes in, gets classified, gets assigned to the right agency, and gets followed until it closes. With measurable time at every step.
From the outside it's a ticket tracker. The difference is who sends them and where they land: this is the official route from a citizen to the city's highest authority, so a lost request isn't a lost ticket.

What I did
The whole frontend in React: the inbox, the tracking board, the forms and their validation, and the reports. The design too.
::column-break::
What mattered
That routing didn't depend on someone guessing the right agency by hand, and that every request left a trail of where it had been.

Stack
React against REST APIs in Django and PostgreSQL, with caching so the inbox doesn't reload in full on every move.
